From the walk through to completion, Aspen did a great job. The initial estimate matched the work done, and when there was a surprise finding of one area of our flooring (no hardwood under the vinyl), they were able to pivot to matching the existing flooring in all other areas seamlessly. I worked with Alvaro to refinish my hardwood floors and stairs. They also removed carpet from 3 rooms and replaced it with a LVP flooring that I chose. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism and flexibility with my busy schedule. I recently worked with Aspen Floor and Home Services to replace the carpet in our master bedroom with wood flooring to match the rest of our home, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The team did an incredible job blending the new flooring seamlessly into the existing wood in the hallway. You honestly can’t tell where the old ends and the new begins. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything matched perfectly, which is something I was a little nervous about going into the project. We also had them do maintenance on the existing wood floors, and I was genuinely shocked at how good they look now. It completely refreshed the space. Alvaro kept me updated throughout the entire process, and everything ran smoother than I could have imagined. From start to finish, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a home service company. They also did a fantastic job with the baseboards, making sure everything lined up cleanly and looked just as good as it did before with the carpet. It’s those small details that really stood out. I’ll definitely be reaching out again as we continue making improvements around the house. I’d highly recommend Aspen Floor and Home Services to anyone looking for flooring or other home projects.
